Job Description

The Recruitment Group on the lookout for Production Operatives to join our well-established client based in Swadlincote. DE118EXAbout the role:As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for:

  • Cleaning/rubbing down products.
  • Loading composite products onto spray liners to Spray.
  • Putting Fibro glass into products.
  • Hand finishing canopies, dormers & bay window roofs.
Pay:Earn up to £500 per week! This includes Productivity & Attendance allowance.Hourly rates start at £10.22 - they can increase to £10.72 after a few weeks training.There is plenty of overtime available!Benefits:
  • Temp to perm with further career progression available.
  • £100 monthly attendance bonus.
  • £50 per week productivity bonus.
  • Free onsite car parking.
  • Overtime available.
