Youll be partnering with key stakeholders across the business in this manufacturing sales andcommercial functions in this autonomous business unit.Flexibility is key in this role, so how that looks can be shaped according to you. Whether you want to do shorter days around school runs, caring responsibilities or your life pursuits itll be up to you to deliver in the hours given. Whilst there are someopportunities for hybrid working, supporting a manufacturing business will necessitate an onsite presence.Reporting into the Group People and Culture Director youll have a trusted soundboard for bringing ideas, challenges and development. Known for coaching and mentoring, developing others you can expect to come as you are but not stay as you are.Attitude and aptitude are the hallmarks for success in this role.
