Job Description

Are you a recently qualified ECT Are you sitting at home wanting to get back into the classroom Do you want an agency you can trust If so, we can help you! We’re recruiting for an enthusiastic, bright and hard-working individual to work on a long-termbasis at a good’ school in Swadlincote.This two-form entry school engages within an inclusive curriculum that is adaptable for the children and their learning needs to ensure that they are given the ability to fulfil their full potential. With the role including planning, prepping and deliveryof learning material, the school offers extra support when working hand in hand with the other expert upper KS2 teacher.The warm and welcoming school are looking for a highly motivated, adaptable individual who can flourish and work collaboratively with other members of staff. The successful candidate must:

  • Hold a valid QTS.
  • Have a good knowledge of the upper key stage 2 curriculum.
  • Build engaging relationships with both staff and pupils.
  • Have a strong passion for teaching.
  • Be passionate to engage, lead and inspire students.
  • Employ a range of suitable learning and teaching strategies and styles to ensure effective learning of all pupils.
  • You will be required to work alongside the other class teachers in year 4 to ensure all planning is completed and rich learning opportunities are delivered to all pupils.
The pay for this role will range with both ECT’s and experienced teachers welcome to apply. The role is to start September 2023.Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the lasttwo years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (teaching within a school teaching the BritishCurriculum).The role advertised is for temporary supply work.Zest Education - small consultancy friendliness with big agency experience.
