Financial Controller High Growth SME - Manufacturing South Derbyshire £60-70k + car + bonus + benefits Our client, an incredibly well established SME within the manufacturing space require a qualified Financial Controller due to internal promotion. With exceptional future opportunity for career progression this is an exciting move. Reporting to the Managing director the position of Finance controller will oversee all finance operations for the business and partner closely with department heads to drive financial accountability. The Finance controller will manage the finance team and holdresponsibility for - Manging full month end process, annual audit process and tax compliance process - Manging annual budget process and regular forecasting to create no surprise culture - Leading, mentoring and motivating the accounts team of 5 people - Business partner to the Managing Director - Monitoring Capital Spend projects - Margin monitoring on results and tendering - Cost saving management This role is most suited to a tenured Finance controller who can demonstrate a commercially focused background within a fast based manufacturing environment. You will need to be suitably qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) and ideally possess Power BI knowledge. Youwill enjoy being able to impact improvements, managing projects as well as adding value through quality financial data. If you have experience of creating margin models this would be excellent.
