JSS HR are delighted to be partnering with a leading brand in South Derbyshire for an ER/HR Advisor.As ER/HR Advisor, you will provide daily support on all Employee Relations casework, manage your own caseload and advice line managers on their people matters. You will also provide support to the HR team on organisational change projects including TUPE, restructures and redundancies.This is a 6 month contract, to start as soon as possible. On offer for the candidate is a salary c. 30-35k FTE, hybrid working with 2-3 days per week in their office in Derbyshire. There is potential this role could be extended but for the moment it willbe a 6 month contract.
