Customer Service Administrator Swadlincote £21,000 ASAP Start permanentMacildowie are pleased to be working with a manufacturing company based in Swadlincote.We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join the business on a full time, permanent basis working from the office.Working hours are Monday Thursday 7:45am - 4.30pm with 30 minute flexi time and a 30 minute lunch break, and Friday 8am-12.30 pm.Role & responsibilities:Act as the customers primary point of contact for all Order Book and Lead Time inquiriesDirect customer communication via telephone and emailDevelop and maintain strong customer relations while projecting professionalismProvide information (pricing for existing demand, inventory availability, order status, etc) and handle customer requests in an accurate and timely mannerCustomer order management including processing of contract review, order entry, order status, inventory stock review, and on-time deliveryMonitor new orders: Minimum order quantity and unit priceAttend additional training as neededSupport Export Control requirementsIdeal Candidate:Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong people and relationship building skillsCustomer driven with a positive, professional, can-do attitudeStrong organisational skills with the ability to mulit-task with attention to detail and accuracyStrong analytical, decision making and problem solving skillsBasic math skills Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and ExcelProficiency in the use of business operational software (FS, SAP) is beneficialMacildowie is a specialist recruitment consultancy with a rich history of enhancing the careers of professionals across the Midlands and the Northern Home Counties.
