Job Description

Role - Senior InteriorArchitectSalary - £40,000 - £54,000 per annum (dependent on experience)Type - PermanentLocation – SurreyMy client are an award winning interior architectural design team in Surrey: looking to take on a Senior Interior Architect on a permanent basis. You will join a close-knit and dynamic team where you get to work on luxurious residential interiors, includinginternational projects.The Senior InteriorArchitectwill ideally have the following attributes:

  • 5 plus years’ experience in the industry
  • Experience at a Mid- Senior Designer level with good knowledge of running projects
  • Excellent knowledge and proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketch Up and adobe suites
  • Able to producing technical drawings
  • Background in FF&E, sourcing and procurement
  • Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
The Senior InteriorArchitect role will involve:
  • Develop concepts that provide an original approach and effective solution to the creative brief.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate drawings, designs and plans.
  • Responsible for multiple projects from concept development through to installation
  • To work as part of a team on both UK and international projects from concept through to completion
  • Visiting site to ensure projects are in keeping with design and development
  • Sourcing and specifying products and materials
