It’s everything and more I was promised by Jon, this really is my dream job, working for my dream company".Key ResponsibilitiesManaging PPC campaigns, including text ads and shopping ads, across various search engines and markets.Create and construct PPC campaigns to drive customer acquisition.Utilize data-driven insights to continuously enhance campaign results.Oversee all aspects of paid search campaigns.Collaborate with our in-house design team to create eye-catching display banners and advertisements.Continuously optimize campaigns to meet agreed-upon revenue and ROI targets.Monitor daily spend on paid campaigns to ensure optimal performance.Conduct thorough competitor research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and make informed decisions.Generate regular reports using Excel to demonstrate the impact of your work. This includes weekly and monthly reports, as well as ad-hoc reporting as needed.Required ExperiencePossess a minimum of 3 years of hands paid search on experience in managing PPC / Ad campaigns.Budget managementHave experience working directly within a companys marketing operation or as an active contributor, not just as an external agency manager.Demonstrate experience in GoogleAnalytics.Showcase a understanding of the broader digital marketing landscape, including Affiliate Marketing, SEO, Paid Social.Although not mandatory, having AdWords accreditation is preferred.Be proficient in using Excel for creating reports and working with large datasets.Beneficial ExperiencePaid Social on platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.About youOutgoing personality with a strong dedicated, reliable work ethic.Excellent attention to detail - you know what you need to do to get things done.Can use your creative skills to generate innovative ad ideas.Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines.If you’re keen to find out more, hit apply now.
