Childrens Registered Home Manager - Combat exploitation for vulnerable adolescents Salary £39,900NonStop Care is looking for a Registered Home Manager for a permanent contract with an Independent Children Services provider in Surrey.The organisations has a great structure and works with a therapeutic model, combining the disciplines of residential care, education and therapy to offer holistic social care service to looked after children. The agency makes a great effort to develop themost innovative approaches and work therapeutically to individually meed the needs of the children.The home is opened since 1991 where are currently residing 8 young people. The home specialises in adolescents who have complex needs associated with sexually harmful behaviour. It is great chance to make a difference for young people who have been exploitedor at risk of exploitation.ResponsibilitiesThe successful registered home manager is someone that is experienced in residential childcare and has managed a childrens home before. As part of the role you will have to implement Quality Care Standards for Childrens Homes but also carry out administrativeduties such as filing, recording, rota preparation and report writing.RequirementsPlease apply if:- you have Professional qualification at Level 4/5 Working with Children and Young People (or equivalent)- you have at least 3 years of experience managing a childrens home in the last 5 yearsBenefits
