Job Description

Our client is a stalwart of the UK Removals and Storage Industry. A multi-branch, long term BAR member with a great reputation for quality.They are now looking for a Group Sales Move Coordinator to join their team in Surrey.You will report directly to the Group Sales General Manager to help develop and secure profitable work from the management of various telephone, online and direct enquiries and to oversee specific opportunities from Sales opportunity to conclusion of themove.A background within removals will be beneficial however, candidates with a strong sales background within a similar industry will also be considered.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To plan and manage all sales opportunities that are assigned to the Sales Executive and to place the Company in the best position to secure the opportunity.
  • To manage the product/service mix pricing and margins according to agreed aims, liaising with Senior Manager.
  • To make recommendations to the Company as to pricing and service level requirements.
  • To be responsible for the attainment and targets revenue and margin specific accounts set by the Company.
  • To ensure that on all opportunities, the Company is paid in accordance with the agreed contract.
  • To deal with the various accounts on a day-to-day basis that need to be dealt with and to elevate to the Group Domestic General Manager if required.
  • File case handling, assisting with the day-to-day control with individual files.
  • To maintain good working relationships with all sales opportunities and customers.
  • To communicate, liaise and negotiate internal and external using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
  • To attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.
  • The processing of invoices and payments through in-house database.
  • Filing Duties relevant to the smooth running of the Department, adhere to the Health & Safety Policy and other requirements relating to care of equivalent.
  • Ensure compliance with oneself with defined Quality Systems, Policies & Procedures pertinent to the various ISO qualifications.
  • Any other duties that may be requested by Management.
