Air Export CLerk - Freight Forwarding - Stanwell, LondonDuties & Responsibilities:Receive, review and process Export documentationTrack and trace shipments to provide updates to the clientResponsible for AES transmission and compliance regulationsResponsible for audit compliance with TSA regulationsVerifies shipment weight and volumesCalculates rates with the ability to convert pricing and ratesRegistration of shipmentsObtain and create quotes for shipments and source best method of transportationSupports local sales efforts with timely responses to emails and rate requestsHandles the full process from A-ZHandling and resolving Export troubleshooting issuesPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:2+ years in the Freight Forwarding industry2+ years in an Export positionAbility to communicate and provide great customer serviceBeing able to work independently and part of a teamKnowledge of local and international carriers and routesAble to cope under pressure and meet deadlinesGreat organizational skillsOutgoing and forward-thinking mindsetAbility to navigate and work efficiently using IT softwareDesired Qualifications:Ability to commute to workFlexible attitude towards workHigh School Diploma or BachelorsThis is a direct hire, full-time, permanent position.
