You will be a key player in transforming the charitys use of data for the success of campaigns in the future! If you have experience with technical integrationsfor a CRM migration project, please read on! You do not have to have experience with MS Dynamics or CARE but this is a bonus. Experience with a similar project and SQL, Azure and Dev Ops is essential.Youll be joining a small team to work on the migrationproject but delivering and working with a large organisation as a whole/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES* Act as a subject matter expert on data integration both within the CRM Change Programme and wider organisation.* Design, build, test and document a repeatable integration process from data sources into the new CRM* Work with the internal Data Services team and the CRM delivery partner to manage and prioritise a backlog of data sources and application integration points* Agree and implement a framework & set of tools for integrating new data into the CRM either directly or via the data warehouse.* Evaluation of methodology and 3rd party tools (e.g. Datado, Stitch, Fivetran) vs custom built integrations for effort, fit for purpose and roadmap alignment* Identify impacts and risks of the technical infrastructure and integrations.PERSON SPECIFICATION* Significant experience of integrating data from 3rd party platforms and data sources* Experience of developing robust & complex API based integrations* Proven track record in working with CRM data structures.* Experience of ETL concepts & tools such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Alteryx, Talend, Mulesoft, Boomi, KingswaySoft, etc* Experience of project management/ development tools (Jira, DevOps or similar) and agile methodology* Strong SQL skills, adept at querying large datasets using SQL and writing stored procedures* A resourceful, logical and analytical mind, curious to find errors and excellent at solving problems and implementing solutions* A leader in driving high standards and good quality, confident in your knowledge and how to derive maximum value for the organisation while working within the governance framework* Ability to work on your own and within a team environment* Good communication skills capable of clear & structured documentation, with the ability to turn technical understanding into clearly and understandable information and advice for internal customers.Excellent benefits package, including 10% pension contributions and generous annual leave.CLOSING DATE FOR CV + SUPPORTING STATEMENT 20TH JANUARY - PLEASE GET IN TOUCH ASAP FOR THE FULL JOB DESCRIPTION.Please emailCharity People actively promotes equality, diversity and inclusion.
