It’s an opportunity to be part of something special.About The Role As the one-stop shop for all activities related to commercial systems standards, processes, and implementation, we are looking for a dynamic individual to drive excellence in this critical role.Join a dynamic team at the forefront of Business Intelligence & Data Analytics reporting into Commercial Excellence and supporting our Northern Europe market / clusters, with a primary focus on GBI.Take on a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our commercial systems standards and new generation of tools to support our commercial organization in driving best in-class customer planning and in-store execution to win with our customers and at shelf.The NE Commercial Systems Manager will be responsible for scoping and implementing new applications, tools, systems to support our objective to win with our customer and at shelf, as well as constantly reviewing and updating existing tools for added valueand feature updates. This includes managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, learning from other BU Best practices, building business cases and needs analysis with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and holistic solutions are delivered through effective projectmanagement.We are looking for a candidate with hands on technical experience to help deliver a strategic programme of continuous improvement to the CRM systems. You will need to be able to effectively analyse, customise and configure the CRM system. An ability to engagewith stakeholders at all levels is essential, including presenting cost/benefit analysis of different development options to the Senior Management Team.Key Responsibilities:Project management and implementation:
