It’s an opportunity to be part of something special.About The Role As the one-stop shop for all activities related to commercial systems standards, processes, and implementation, we are looking for a dynamic individual to drive excellence in this critical role.Join a dynamic team at the forefront of Business Intelligence & Data Analytics reporting into Commercial Excellence and supporting our Northern Europe market / clusters, with a primary focus on GBI.Take on a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our commercial systems standards and new generation of tools to support our commercial organization in driving best in-class customer planning and in-store execution to win with our customers and at shelf.The NE Commercial Systems Manager will be responsible for scoping and implementing new applications, tools, systems to support our objective to win with our customer and at shelf, as well as constantly reviewing and updating existing tools for added valueand feature updates. This includes managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, learning from other BU Best practices, building business cases and needs analysis with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and holistic solutions are delivered through effective projectmanagement.We are looking for a candidate with hands on technical experience to help deliver a strategic programme of continuous improvement to the CRM systems. You will need to be able to effectively analyse, customise and configure the CRM system. An ability to engagewith stakeholders at all levels is essential, including presenting cost/benefit analysis of different development options to the Senior Management Team.Key Responsibilities:Project management and implementation:

  • Ensure proper ways of working around our CRM Systems & related analytical tools and applications and ensure regular reporting for Headquarters & Field operational teams.
  • Coordinate between Global & Local Teams, the adoption of the CRM tools per market needs.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the CRM toolsand improving the functionalities to meet business requirements and deliver excellence in execution by the sales teams.
  • Be the preferred point of contact for the Group and Market/Clusters in charge of any CRM projects.
  • Input, from a business perspective, into the design and manage the build of analytics and BI tools for Northern Europe by leveraging Power BI.
  • Coordinate projects, maintain project plans and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
  • Identify need for additional technical support and developer resources where necessary.
  • Be the preferred point of contact with the Global and EMEA LATAM teams as part of the deployment of new local CRM analytical tools.
  • Prepare and coordinate tool deployment plans in Northern Europe markets.
  • Guide local sales and CRM teams through projects and assign tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Net Revenue Management community, as a TSM super-user, in the deployment of TIMF/CBP.
  • Identify training requirements and coordinate the delivery of CRM training for staff
  • Define standard project configurations and documentation for large-scale deployments.
Systems Support:
  • Help local teams in the event of exceptional problems beyond the responsibility of the countries.
  • Address specific economic topics impacting business systems.
