You will write and review Care Plans, assessing residentsindividual physical, mental and social needs. Mentoring and monitoring a team of Nurses as a Clinical Lead Nurse you will be required to maintain and promote relationships with GPs, Social Services and other professional bodiesIdeal Candidate for the Clinical Lead Nurse roleMust ideally be a clinical lead or unit manager or senior nurse, but ideally will have worked in a nursing home as a clinical lead or deputy manager level.
