My client (an independent firm of Financial Advisers) provides a financial planning and discretionary investment management service to both corporate and private clients from their boutique office near Walton-on-Thames. Due to recent restructuring of thebusiness and continued attraction of new clients, this firm is seeking an experienced, Chartered Financial Advisor to join their professional Wealth Management team. They are looking to hire an individual who has already achieved a good level of experienceas a financial advisor and is perhaps looking for a role where they can simply maintain and manage an existing client bank rather than focus on developing their own client bank.About you:You will have a good 10-15 years experience of client facing financial advice under your belt and already hold chartered status as and advisor (or be very close to achieving this status). As you gain exposure to this firms business and working practicesyou will develop good working relationships with both the inhouse team of advisors and your clients that will be provided to you. You will already be an accomplished suitability report writer and technical researcher with experience of helping to perform annualreviews, cash flow planning, ensuring compliance of client files and assisting with file audits.This business is a close-knit team that has worked hard over a long period of time to attract and nurture a loyal client bank, and want to employ someone that enjoys taking a holistic and personal approach to managing their client’s wealth planning needs.The team work collectively and collaboratively to ensure high levels of client satisfaction, and as employer they will appeal to those who thrive working within and supporting a team of likeminded individuals.
