A fantastic opportunity is available for a Brand Specialist to join our team at Sytner Jaguar Land Rover South West London.Our Brand Specialists will build relationships with both Aftersales and Sales Clients, providing exceptional client experiences to them. As a company, we will provide you with all the necessary knowledge and skills required to become the Brand Specialistof our retailers. This role is key to us delivering an exceptional client experience to all of our customers, leaving them feeling Delighted!As a Sytner Brand Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients by initiating conversation and building rapport to excite them about the brand. You will promote the benefits and unique selling points of Jaguar and Land Rover, accessoriesand vehicle ownership.You will spend time with Service clients, ensuring that they are looked after during their visit to our facilities, you will be the specialist in all things product related, and as such you will be able to add value to their experience by explaining thekey features of their vehicle to them as required.This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our clients with the highest possible levels of service.About youIdeally, you will have previous experience of working in retail and be able to maintain exceptional customer care in a competitive environment.A passion for delivering excellent client service is a key attribute of the position, along with a determination to expand your knowledge and inspire others; you will demonstrate enthusiasm and self-motivation to excel in client service.We offer extensive training to allow you to develop expert knowledge of the Jaguar and Land Rover brand.
