Job Description

I am currently working in partnership with a private equity-backed FinTech company based in the Kent area to recruit a Finance Assistant / Project Co-ordinator within their Capital Markets team.My client was ranked the fastest-growing company in Europe by the Financial Times in March last year, having grown from 5 to circa 300 employees in the past 6 years.The purpose of the role is to directly assist the Head of Capital Markets in supporting strategy related to the treasury and funding requirements to support the companys business platform.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project support to Capital Markets function in relation to multiple funding streams, investor relations work flows, internal and external reporting requirements.
  • Produce status and timeline reports, and adhoc presentations.
  • Co-ordinate internal resources in relation to operational tasks necessary to complete transactions.
  • Document existing processes and new processes within the Capital Markets function.
  • Organise and maintain data and information storage.
  • Document and maintain policies in support of the Capital Markets function.
  • Support Governance framework for the Capital Markets function.
  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience working in an FCA regulated environment and working in a relevant Financial Services business.
