Job Description

What you will doYour role will be to lead, direct and manage the Service Operations team Department activities within E2 Services Limited.In April 2023 E2 Services was acquired by Johnson Controls which not only provides the financial security of a large organisation but also unlocks significant growth opportunities as we look to expand E2 internally and externally using the large customerbase and innovate products within JCI.The role will be responsible for shaping and delivering all service operations while supporting our End User Prime projects team operations, utilising all the offerings E2 have now they are part of Johnson Controls, including Digital. Working alongside thecustomer, account manager and project teams you will proactively identify risks and opportunities for the client, helping to shape energy strategies, developing roadmaps for future proofing systems.What we offer

How you will do itYou will be customer focussed and responsible for the operational, financial and relationship growth of our BMS account base, leading a team of BMS technicians and extensive admin support, positioning yourself as the key point of contact for all operationalactivity within their estate.As an effective leader you will be mindful of the requirements to pull together different teams that may have opposing goals and you will liaise with members of the Project Management team when larger projects require additional resource.Leading the team, you will be responsible for all service operations including safe systems of work, service delivery metrics, customer satisfaction, team development and wellbeing as well as financial performance in line with our annual plan.What we are looking forRequired:· High level of motivation and ability to work on own initiative· Organised with a pro-active approach· Excellent IT skills· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to develop excellent Client/supplier working relationships· Ability to work to internal and external deadlines· Ability to multi-task· A self-starter and strong team-player, flexible and able to work effectively without close supervision· Ability to maintain integrity and work with confidential information· High level of technical knowledge supporting the diversity of Manufacturer’s equipment supported by the Service team#LI-JB3#LI-Hybrid
