Job Description

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Flooring Manager to join our client, a domestic moving company based in Suffolk.The role of the Commercial Flooring Manager is to oversee all aspects of commercial flooring projects, leading a team of flooring specialists, manage project timelines and budgets, and coordinate with clients and vendors.You willmanage the commercial flooring process, ensuring all projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.Main duties of the Commercial Flooring Manager:

Plan, control and execute projects to completion.
Ensure the successful completion of flooring installations for commercial spaces.
Supervise and lead a team of flooring specialists, ensuring you provide guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
Build and develop strong working relationships with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors.
Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure the highest level of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Resolve any issues or concerns that arise during flooring projects.

The successful Commercial Flooring Manager will have proven experience in commercial flooring management, including knowledge of various flooring types, installation methods, and industry standards.We are looking to hear from self-motivated individuals who have strong leaderships skills, excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Experience required:

Good surveying and estimating skills for all types of flooring and carpet installations.
Can confidently use Microsoft Office.
Some experience using the Masterpiece estimating systemwould be an advantage.
Must have a full valid drivers license.
