Job Description

Sales Administrator required for our Sudbury based manufacturing client. As Sales Administrator, you be reporting to the Commercial Manager to provide administrative support to the companys Commercial Sales Team. It is essential for this position of Salesadministrator that you are a strong team player who is happy to carry out multiple tasks to a high standard and within deadlines whilst maintaining a very high standard of customer service.The Role

  • Process customer orders via the company system
  • Generate sales order paperwork
  • Monitor and respond to despatch priorities as indicated on the despatch schedule
  • Liaising with other departments as necessary regarding orders
  • Data entry into a bespoke internal system
  • Checking packing notes against sales order confirmations
  • Raising credit notes and supplementary invoices.
  • Update internal/customer-based status spreadsheets as a task is progressed.
  • Run and report data for various monthly reports.
The Person
  • Previous administration experience ideally gained from a production/manufacturing order role
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in working without supervision.
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Must be decisive and can demonstrate solid problem solving and decision making.
