My client - a well regarded pre-school, Ofsted rated Outstanding, are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, energetic and motivational Manager to join their team.Based on the outskirts of Sudbury - this award-winning purpose-built facility, is set in a wonderful location, offering a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced and dedicated team.Working in a caring, family friendly and stimulating environment, you will be required to lead the Pre-School in the next stage of its development.Key Skills and Experience:At least a relevant level 3 qualification, preferably higherManagement experience in an Early Years setting (2 years minimum)Excellent written and verbal communication with colleagues, parents and childrenExcellent knowledge and understanding of EYFS, regulations and Ofsted requirementsPreferred Skills and Experience:Level 4 or above qualification in early years and childcareA positive approach to gaining further qualificationsPrevious experience of using TapestryWorking a minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday, between 8am-6pm, up to 50weeks per year - offering a package dependent on experience and further benefits for the right candidate.
