If you work at Sage Opticians you work with us, not for us.Experience Level: Previous Optical experience (strongly desired) Listening to patients and offering clear advice to meet their needs Understanding and explaining our products while understanding NHS procedures Be welcoming and warm in your attendance of patients Dispensing of lenses (ranging from single vision lenses to high end Varifocal products) Carrying out pre-screening to a clinical standard of thoroughness Supporting patients with collections, ensuring frame fittings are accurate and comfortable- a thorough aftercare service is paramount Booking appointments face to face and on the phone, maintaining adequate diary management skills to ensure productivity from the clinic is high Ensure you work as part of the team Concern handling patient queries thoroughly - trying to work to the best of your ability to aid the customer to an appropriate solution Honest and loyalJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: From £18,525.00 per yearCOVID-19 considerations:All our staff will be expected to wear face masks to protect those that are most vulnerable within the community.
