Job Description

Our client is a multi-office Independent Brand with offices throughout Kent and South East London.They are seeking a Trainee Sales Negotiator, for their Strood office that can bring enthusiasm to enhance the already successful operation in this office.You will need to have worked in a Targeted Sales environment, Ideally one of the following-·Car sales·Phone sales·Travel/Holiday Sales·Call centreThey require:·A well presented Individual ·Driven and determined to succeed·Have a proven and consistent track record in Sales/Targeted Environment·Excellent customer service skills·Be prepared to work extra hours if required·Open and learning mindset.·Someone that wants to be part of a team looking to progress in the next six month to negotiator.·Enjoys having fun within a great team environment.·Works hard and plays hard.·Wants to be the best they can be.·Show a passion for building a career in Estate Agency·Have a full UK driving licence and own carIn return you will receive-·Opportunities for negotiators to take the next step·Excellent and ongoing trainingPackage on Offer -·Basic £16,000 - £18,000 dependant on experience·Pool commission £7,000-£8,000·Additionally, extra income can be gained from mortgage appointments, solicitors’ income, and referral of listings and lettings business - gaining between £2-6K per annum.·Realistic OTE £22-£28,000Hours:·8:30 am-6:00 pm Monday to Friday.·9:00 am-5:00 pm Saturday.·Working a five-day rota with one day off during the week.APPLY to Cheryl Hills to launch your Estate Agency career !Required skills
