The values of integrity, service, excellence, teamwork and responsibility guide the way we work, our behaviour and our commitment to support members, customers and colleagues.The Accounts AssistantWill support the Finance team with daily financial operations and work closely with the Finance Manager in a friendly, vibrant open-plan office.Roles & Responsibilities:- Assist with accounts receivable functions: invoicing, remittances, posting daily cash- Credit control- Prepare and process staff expenses and timesheet reports- Reconcile Bank accounts- Manage and reconcile credit card payments- Monthly training analysis summaries- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes- Perform data entry tasks and maintain electronic and physical filing systems- Assistance with events planning- Any other duties designated by the Senior ManagementThe ideal candidate will have:- AAT Level 2 or 3 Qualification (desirable)- Proven experience in a similar financial system- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills- Strong attention to details and accuracy- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Good organisational and time management skills- Ability to demonstrate Company values- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (desirable)
