Job Description

Are you ambitious, accountable, enthusiastic, driven and show initiativeThis is the ideal role for someone who has Customer Service experience in any capacity/industry to advance and learn in a very fast-growing organisation.You will be responsible for helping to provide excellent customer service to our new and existing customers via phone, email, and all forms of media platforms.We have been trading for 40 years in 2022 and have established ourselves as market leaders in the industry.Our involvement as Co-Founders of The Joinery Network, our affiliation with BITA as well as a number of other ventures enables us to look forward for another 40 years and beyond.It is our goal to not simply supply our customers with Ironmongery but to build relationships with them and understand in detail how they function and operate to enable us to provide a second to none service complete with top of the range products.Due to our rapid growth and continued expansion, we are looking for a driven person to join us on site at our Ely offices, in Stretham.Role will Include

  • Delivering excellent customer service via multi channels including phone, email, live chat and more.
  • To deliver this service within the departmental standards
  • Liaising with existing customers, building relationships and promote additional sales by means of careful structured questioning (training will be provided)
  • To maintain a high level of accuracy in both communication with our customers and internal data systems.
  • Help within the Sales Department to ensure the orders and quotes are input on time and correct, whilst always reviewing for missed opportunities and extra revenue.
About YouTo be considered as our customer relationship & support executive you will need:
  • Experience dealing with customers either face to face, over the phone and via email.
  • Experience of customer service
  • Experience of dealing with customer complaints
  • Ability to build good working relationships with customers as well as colleagues
  • Good listening skills
  • Common sense and ability to use own initiative
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work as part of a team
