Job Description

With year upon year growth the opportunity to progress and take on additionalresponsibilities is waiting for you!Start: ASAPLocation: Stretham, Cambridgeshire (hybrid working with 2 weeks in the office and 1 week from home on a rota basis)Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 per annum depending on your experienceHours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm and 9am - 5pm on a rotating weekly basisDuration: PermanentBenefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, 5% pension contribution, summer party, Christmas party, free lunch in the office once a month and Perkbox benefitsDuties will include:

  • Providing administrative support to various teams across the business
  • Minute taking during meetings and writing up notes on the system
  • Diary management across all teams
  • Documentation preparation and support ahead of meetings
  • Managing lunches and meetings when required
  • Taking lead on organising any other team/company event throughout the year
  • First point of contact for all customers, taking messages, directing through to the correct staff members and being a general assistance for customer enquiries
  • Meeting and greeting visitors (when in the office)
  • Responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Scanning and filing documents
  • Processing invoices
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Covering other members of the administration team duties when required
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Some office administration experience would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Knowledge on Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible working
  • Positive attitude
  • Professional and polite mannered
