Job Description

Role: Sales ExecutiveLocation: Bellshill (Office Based)Salary: £22,100 (OTE - £26,000 first year, £37,000+ second year)Search are recruiting Outbound Sales Advisors to work with our Bellshill based client. The role will involve making outbound business to business sales calls to prospective clients.Responsibilities:

Make outbound B2B sales calls

Maintain a full understanding of the products and services provided
Maintain and develop new customers
Use of appropriate sales methods
Plan and prioritise your sales activities to ensure that targets are met
Respond to and follow up with sales enquiries
Delivering a high quality of service, increasing business growth and customer satisfaction
Log all calls onto the CRM system and other databases used

Any other duties as required

About You:

Customer Service experience within Sales, Contact Centre or Retail
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills

Great telephone manner

Starting salary £22,100 (increasing to £25,000 at first review if hitting KPIs)

OTE - Year 1 up to £26,000, Year 2 £37,000+
