Job Description

Telecoms Support EngineerVoice Division - Stourbridge. £30000-£35000 + BenefitsLeading Managed Service Provider are looking for a Telecoms Support Engineer to join the business and support a number of key customers across the UK on Hosted and Fixed Telephone Systems.To apply the Telecoms Support Engineer will need the following background:

  • 3+ years minimum experience providing telephony system support to customers on technology such as: Gamma Horizon, Panasonic and NEC.
  • Have a range of experience covering technical reports, remote diagnostics and keeping to SLAs on clients telephone systems.
  • Be highly organised with a calm approach to work and a keen eye for detail and delivery.
  • Knowledge of IP Networks
  • Full Driving License
Supporting clients across the UK, you will be dealing with customers over the phone and virtually on a daily basis through a ticketing system and will be charged with maintaining and enhancing our customer business experience.You will join a large technical team, will receive any product training required but it is expected you will have a sound understanding of PBX, VoiP, Cloud Voice and Connectivity.
