Experienced Architectural Assistant – Stourbridge – Salary Circa £34,000-£40,000 DOEWe are recruiting for an experienced Architectural Assistants with at least 5 years’ experience in practice to join an award-winning RIBA chartered practice based in one of their West Midlands offices!This AJ100 practice employs over 150 staff, and they have multiple offices across the UK. Requirements

5 Years’ experience in the industry
Masters degree in Architecture (RIBA Part 2 recognised)
Revit proficiency
Desire to manage your own projects
Lives local to the Stourbridge area/within a commutable distance
Residential project experience

Range of projects – Residential, High-Rise Apartments, Refurbishments, House Builders, Student Accommodation, Blue Light, etc.
Software of choice – Revit
Regular company socials
Regular team check-ins/progress meetings
Full support with project running and mentoring with career progression
Responsible for one project at a time
Opportunity to liaise directly with the client, attend site visits and client meetings
