The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence.Responsibilities:- Plan and manage a business and territory portfolio in line with the agreed market development strategy- Planning and prioritising sales and customer activities.- Manage product variation, pricing and profit margins in line with the business growth aims.- Update and maintain customer and prospective contacts, internal systems and respond and follow up all sales enquires- Monitor and report on market competitor activities to assist in the development of a sustainable and profitable business plan- Work closely with other sales engineers and Production Staff to ensure an integrated approach towards increasing sales and customer satisfaction.- Organise local marketing activities within a budget and timescales including product launch, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing.- Communicate, liaise and negotiate at customer meetings and attend internal Company fictional meetings.- Any other duties commensurate with the development of salesRequirements:- Have a strong bias and interest towards technical and project management within an engineering environment- Experience within a similar industry would be desired however not essential- To be able to communicate with all levels- Ability to work in a team and on your own- A full UK Driving LicenceBenefits:- Competitive salary package with discretionary annual bonus- Company car provided for business use.- 28 days holiday (inclusive of annual bank holidays)- Comprehensive benefits package- Dynamic and supportive work environment with a focus on innovation and collaboration.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer value, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity
