Job Description

Senior BMS Commissioning Engineer required. Our client has specialised in building controls and energy management solutions for nearly 30 years. They are looking for a BMS Commissioning Engineer to join the team around the west midlandsdue to the growth of the business.The successful candidate must have a proven ability in the Design and Commissioning of all aspects of HVAC controls and building management systems. The ability to work independently is expected. A sound knowledge of HVAC plant and associated equipment isessential. .Senior BMS Commissioning Engineer Position Overview

  • Knowledge of Trend and maybe another manufacturer eg Distech
  • Write a program from concept, including the production of graphics.
  • 60% of time to be office based with the remainder installing, commissioning and testing software and plant operation on site.
Senior BMS Commissioning Engineer Position Requirements
  • Qualified in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
  • Experienced in the Commissioning of Building Management Systems
  • Must be qualified and experienced with Trend Systems and possibly Distech.
  • Able to write Software and Graphics from mechanical designs.
  • BACnet, SIPP, Modbus systems experience desired.
  • CSCS/ECS or JIB registered, ideally ECS BMS technician card holder
Senior BMS Commissioning Engineer Position Remuneration
  • Salary: £45,000- £50,000
  • Holiday Package: 24 days + 8 BH
  • Hours of work: Monday to Friday based on 40 hours per week (8:30am start)
