Job Description

Asbestos Analyst £28,000 - £34,000 + Benefits Stourbridge, West MidlandsThere is a fantastic opportunity available for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Asbestos Analyst to join a successful multi-disciplined Environmental Consultancy located in the Midlands. Due to continued growth, my client is looking to recruit an experiencedAsbestos Analyst to carry out 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing in various sites across the West Midlands and further afield when required.Essential Requirements:

  • BOHS P403 and P404/RSPH3 qualified (Additional P402 cert highly desirable)
  • Full UK driving license and willing to commute
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good level of IT and numeracy skills
  • Good working knowledge of HSG:248 guidelines
  • Confident in undertaking all aspects of the Asbestos Analyst role
As an Asbestos Analyst, you will:
  • Conduct 4 stage clearance, smoke, background and visual air, re-occupation and personal air testing.
  • Ensure all work carried out is in line with the UKAS legislation and practices
  • Generating on-site air quality reports to be issued to clients
  • Liaise with clients, contractors and members of the public on a daily basis
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
