Job Description

Pay Rate and Hours of Work:

25-30k per annum

Monday - Thursday - 8am-4:30pm

Friday 8am-1pm

Responsibilities:

Execute global flow requirement to ensure customers satisfaction

Ensure continuous needs/resources balance and availability of raw materials, components and sub-assemblies and finish good.

Check the accuracy of stock and react accordingly

Daily action regarding escalation of repeatable issues

Actively participate to SIM cycle 2 meetings

Respond to the customer needs coming from the CCCs through the Customer Claim Management Process

Manage the replenishment backlog (creation and rescheduling of the manufacturing and purchase orders)

Manage the backorder portfolio (BOL), the shortage and to take actions to insure the availability of product

Analyze stock discrepancies and perform adjustments.

Requirements:

Previous Customer Service experience is essential

Good organisation skills

SAP UK knowledge

Good standard of literacy & numeracy

Stock/material/inventory control experience

Must be able to work well in a pressurised and demanding environment

Self-motivated and quality-focused

Good personal organisational skills

Good verbal & written communication skills both face to face & via telephone

Good eye for detail
