AdministratorStocksbridge - £20,000Clemence Rogers are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a manufacturing business in Stocksbridge with genuine chance of progression. You will be supporting the sales team with general administration duties, including processing orders and takinginformation over the phone from customers. Full training will be provided and in return you will receive the following benefits:Salary £20,000, 29 days holiday including bank holidays, company pension scheme, ongoing training and support with genuine chance of progression, hours of work are MondayFriday 8:45am5:00pm with 1 hour for lunch.As the Adminsitrator you will: Ensure the smooth running of the sales administration office To assist the sales team on a day-to-day basis with sales paperwork Process sales orders using internal software (training provided) Answering incoming calls and responding to customer queries Responding to customer enquires via email Shadowing the sales team to gain product knowledgeAs the Administrator you will have: Previous experience in an administration role Ability to work well within a team Good organisational skills Good IT Skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel Good customer service skills Accurate data entryAt Clemence Rogers your right to privacy is important to us.
