Job Description

IT Helpdesk Support (Finnish Speaker)£20,000 - £30,000 per annum + benefitsManchester A Manchester-based global technology business is looking to hire a Finnish speaker for their Helpdesk Support team.Working in a busy fast paced help desk environment, you will be responsible for;

  • Providing support for a range of innovative company products & solutions
  • Handling technical queries received by calls & email
  • Identifying the causes of issues and communicating appropriately to internal and external customers
  • Delivering an exceptional level of service & identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Working with the Second line Support to develop and solve queries effectively
    • Required Skills
  • Must be fluent in Finnish and English speaking and written language
  • Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have the capacity to learn quickly
  • Task orientated approach to work
  • Enjoy working in a busy service focussed team environment
    • The ideal candidate will have a worked in an IT service role previously.
