Supporting customer enquiries via different channels, including telephone, email and SMS
Follow up lead opportunities
Process new applications
Taking payment of new applications or existing renewals
Undertaking outbound calls or emails to aid customer retention
Promote the company products and services
Represent the company at events as needed.

Customer Account Executive – Required Skills and Experience

Experience within a customer service environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to time manage and prioritise workload
Confident with a range of office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Databases, PowerPoint and Outlook
