Together with their clients in the Corporate Sector, Government, Police, Law Enforcement and Military; they have designed, delivered and supported numerous robust, cost effective and secure national network systems, electronic security and communication solutions.The RoleOur client is looking for a pro-active and energetic individual who thrives in a challenging SME environment, interacting with internal & external clients & suppliers and being part of a dynamic Technical Services Team.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting IT infrastructure & Cyber Security solutions, within a high quality ITIL environment, delivering services to Corporate and Government clients.The role is part of the client’s Service Desk function, providing support and client system changes through their Service Desk following ITIL standards.This position is responsible for dedicated client support, escalation support and troubleshooting.The role reports directly to the Technical Team Leader on a daily basis.ResponsibilitiesThis role sits within the Technical Services team providing support capability. This is a development role and the job holder will be expected to progress being given increased levels of scope and responsibility as their experience and knowledge develops (training & development will be provided).
