Job Description

Systems Project Coordinator £28-30k dependent on experienceTemporary6/9 contractFull timeSteeton BD20Our client is an award winning artisan bakery manufacturer, founded in 1899. They are now looking for a Systems Project Coordinator who can help implement a new computer programme due to go live September/October 2022.This role would ideally suit a recent graduate who is looking for a challenge and has excellent attention to detail. This role requires someone with a methodical, analytical mind and who enjoys working with data manipulation, report writing/testing. Anindividual who is methodical and accurate is paramount within this role. Responsibilities

  • Testing and configuring software including report writing and configuration
  • Actively resolving problems and issues with the new programme to limit work disruptions within the company after launch
  • Providing internal support for all teams within the business prior to the launch ensuring a smooth transition on launch
  • Ensuring a coherent message is delivered with the design of orders, invoices, delivery notes
  • Assisting with reviewing, maintaining and updating data
Skills and experience
  • This role would suit someone with a background in data analysis, compliance administration or someone who has extensive experience in report writing and testing
  • advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel essential
  • Strong attention to detail is critical
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to multi task and work to strict deadlines
  • Driven and ambitious personality and eager to take on new tasks
