A fabulous and rare opportunity has arisen to join a well-established team in a health care setting as a multi-skilled technician.The successful applicant will be required to undertake a multi skilled technician role to carry out highly complex maintenance tasks, detailed fault diagnosis, repairs, service, condition surveys and inspection of complex building, mechanical, electrical, gas equipment, associated systems, plant and equipment of a complex/non-routine nature in accordance with relevant standards and operational procedures and statutory regulations.Supervise a team of Estates Assistants to ensure delivery of repairs and planned maintenance tasks in line with key performance indicators to a high quality standards.Provide training to maintenance staff and contractors covering technical issues and communicate health and safety requirements to staff, patients and contractors to ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.Successfully achieve the specialist training qualification followed by a technical interview process to be appointed and act as the organisations "competent person" in the following areas:
