The company strives for continuous growth, to become biggerand better. We are on the lookout for that special individual who will share the vision of becoming a UK leading Leather merchant wholesaler. In return you will get the opportunity for career progression and self-development opportunities!As a Customer Services & Admin Manager you will have the prime responsibility to deliver the highest of standard customer experience possible, whilst managing a team to maximise business opportunities and implement ways to improve current services. The successfulcandidate will oversee the customer services and administration aspect of the business and develop strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.Due to continued growth they are looking for a self-motivated individual to join their small team on a full time permanent basis.The opportunity unlocks the chance to make a significant difference to a growing dynamic company.Role Responsibilities

  • Communicate, liaise, verbally and in writing between customers/ suppliers/visitors/enquirers and relevant staff, and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person, and to verbal or written instructions.
  • Answer a high volume of calls & emails on a daily basis, dealing with customer orders, queries, complaints etc. following everything through until resolved accordingly.
  • Respond to and follow up sales orders/potential requirements using appropriate methods i.e. verbally, telephone or email.
  • To respond professionally and efficiently to any contact with customers & suppliers.
  • Book telephone/email sales orders on to Back Office/Sage 50.
  • Book Warehouse Visitor appointments and record details in the head office outlook calendar.
  • Order goods, consumables, stationery & supplies as required.
  • Liaise with courier and transport companies to organise, and track deliveries where necessary ensuring goods arrive at the intended destination, within specified time limits
Skills & Qualities we are looking for
  • Demonstrated 3+ Years in a similar position
  • Desirable previous experience within the leather trade
  • Desirable Smart stock and Back office account experience
  • Good problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and positive individual.
  • Effectively works well as a team
