If you have the aspiration, capability and dedication, we can give you the support and opportunities to help you achieve your careergoals.You will work 36.75 hours a week, night shifts 4on/4off, between the hours of 9:00PM until 07:30AMWhere you will be workingLocation: Station Rd, Staplehurst, Tonbridge TN12 0PZYou will be working at Gresham House, a service recognised as Oustanding by the CQC, which provides support for people who may be living with moderate learning disabilities with associated health needs, autism and behaviours.Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will offer support to people as part of their care pathway.
