Benefits include 25 Days Holiday and Pension SchemeFull Time, PermanentMy client a reputable and established professional membership body in the education sector based in Nottingham, East Midlands is recruiting for a Membership Networks Officer. You can be home based or Nottingham office based or a mixture - flexible.The Membership Networks Officer leads on the day-to-day operations for all networksand virtual events of the membership body. These networks and events are a benefit of the membership and are offered free of charge to members. The role involves working directly with members to ensure that the growing number of networks and events are bothsupported and hosted in a professional manner. The role will also work closely with the membership and communications teams within the membership body as well as working with the sponsors of various networksKey ResponsibilitiesLiaising with the lead of each of the networks or events around content and dates for each half termly meeting.Liaising with the speaker of each network meeting or event around content, their input and requirements.Setting up the virtual meetings and sharing the link and information about the meetings with members.Ensuring that all relevant stakeholders (such as members, speakers and network leads) are provided with appropriate information about networks and events.Hosting the meetings and ensuring that all speakers, facilitators and members can view/attend the meeting, setting up polls, breakout rooms etc and recording the meetings. Sharing any follow up information with members of the networks.Managing digital platforms/forums, capturing key themes and reporting to appropriate colleagues to ensure that network or event content is highly relevant to members.Processing any new attendees for networks and events, ensuring that they are added to the CRM and other relevant platforms in line with policies.Liaising with the sponsors of the various networks, continuing to develop and build on existing relationships.Attending conferences and training events when requiredManage the demands of work, subject to deadlines involving changing circumstances and prioritiesPerson SpecificationAs part of a small and growing organisation, you will need to be highly adaptable.
