You can be home based or Nottingham office based or a mixture - flexible.The RoleGrow a sustainable income pipeline for the membership bodys commercial servicesManage successful service delivery and developmentEstablish and maintain effective account management practiceKey ResponsibilitiesBuilding a sustainable pipeline of new and repeat business for promotional and partnership services for suppliers to the education sector. These include advertising in the online directory, professional network and conference exhibition sponsorship, eventsand partnerships.Creating effective systems to qualify new leads, track conversions, deliver an excellent client experience and monitor satisfaction and impact.Meeting budget targets and reporting on performance.Building strong relationships with partners and liaising with marketing and policy colleagues to ensure that commercial services and initiatives are delivered in a timely way that maximises value for both members and clients.Developing quality collateral for promotional and partnership services, includingsales packs and web content.Providing strong business ownership of the new Directory of Services, to make it an established and valuable part of commercial portfolio, including liaising with colleagues to market the service to build profile and traffic, reporting on performance anddelivering a smooth and efficient client experience for advertisers, from initial due diligence through to annual renewals.Contributing to the development, testing and launch of new commercial services.Hosting client webinars via Zoom or Microsoft Teams when necessary.Person SpecificationYou will bring proven commercial and relationship management experience, ideally gained within business development, sales and/or marketing roles within the education or not for profit sectors.Results-oriented, able to deliver sustainable income to meet annual budget targets.People-centred, adept at forming and maintaining good, productive professional relationship at all levels.Quality-focused, capable of overseeing the successful delivery of services and projects.An excellent, accurate communicator.Data driven, with a relentless focus on monitoring impact and setting and hitting ambitious targets.Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.Skilled in scheduling and delegation.Proficient in record keeping and reporting.An excellent leader, nurturing staff to have agency and deliver high-quality work at pace.Reliable, flexible and adaptable.Committed to ongoing development of yourself and your team.To apply to this role of Head of Partnerships please send your CVDue to the volume of applications we are only able to contact successful applicants.
