Head of MarketingProfessional Membership Body - Education SectorHome Based or Nottingham Offices - Flexible Basic Salary £45,657 Pro Rata Benefits include 25 Days Holiday and Pension Scheme.Part Time 3 Days a Week (Flexible) Contract Until August 2023My client a reputable and established professional membership body in the education sector based in Nottingham, East Midlands is recruiting for a Head of Marketing on a part time basis. You can be home based, or Nottingham office based or a mixture - flexible.If you are an experienced head of marketing that has solely set up a marketing function or department and created a marketing strategy looking for a flexible role part time and working from home also on offer, we would love to hear from youThe Role of Head of MarketingDevelop and deliver a marketing strategy for the bodys Professional Development, the bodys trading armEnsure income targets are met by supporting the Professional Development team to effectively market product and servicesSupport the bodys wider public affairs function by ensuring the Professional Development marketing programme complements the bodys public perceptionKey ResponsibilitiesCreating and delivering a marketing strategy for bodys wholly owned trading subsidiary, the body Professional Development.Working across the organisation to ensure the bodys Professional Development offer is effectively promoted to members and non-members, particularly the Head of Membership to grow audiences for Professional Development services.Working with colleagues to grow the bodys social and traditional media presence influence, monitor impact and convert digital traffic to Professional Development sales.Creating effective systems to deliver high-quality, regular promotion of the body Professional Development, and monitor their effectiveness through robust review and analysis.Managing both day-to-day delivery of marketing, including drafting and publishing content, while developing processes and systems to support the bodys strategic growth plan and contribute to the development of a new CRM and website.Support the Head of Professional Development and Managing Director of Professional Development to ensure the offer remains relevant and timely for the sector.Any other duties that may be delegated by the Director of Public Affairs and Policy or Managing Director of Professional Development.Person SpecificationAs part of a small and growing organisation, you will need to be highly adaptable and willing to switch between core delivery (e.g., producing copy for the website) and strategic leadership (e.g., delivering the marketing plan to result in increased sales).Output focused, executing a range of communications interventions across channels in the most efficient way.People-centred, adept at forming and maintaining positive relationships with direct reports, staff of all levels, and external stakeholders.Data driven, with a relentless focus on monitoring impact and setting and hitting ambitious targets.Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.An excellent leader, nurturing staff to have agency and deliver high-quality work at pace.Committed to ongoing development of yourself and your team.To apply to this role of Head of Marketing please send your CVDue to the volume of applications we are only able to contact successful applicants.
