The Learning & Development Partner is a key role for this exciting leisure business as it is the L&D lead for their Stansted operation.Client DetailsMy client is a key player in the airline industry with a presence across the UK. They employ circa 8,000 people with a Stansted team of circa 2,500.DescriptionThe Learning & Development Partner role needs to be a real generalist within the L&D world. They will be leading on L&D locally so will need to be comfortable working with the senior leadership team across leadership, induction and development training.There is a team to support on technical training so this is more soft-skills and development focused.ProfileThe successful candidate will be an L&D professional that is comfortable in a fast paced blue collar environment. They will need to adapt training quickly to meet ever changing needs of the business.Job OfferA competitive salary of up to £50,000 with 15% bonus and also a great pension plan.
