Job Description

Invoicing AdministratorWe are supporting a company based in Stansted, who are looking for their next Invoicing Administrator. This is a full time, office based, permanent role. Due to the location of the company, you must be able to drive to be able to get there. The salary availableto you is £23,000 - £25,000 depending on your experience.Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Be first point of contact for any customer invoice queries taking ownership to resolve this as required
  • Liaise with other departments to advise and assist with invoicing and credit control
  • Analyse data using in-house software and Excel to create customer invoices
  • Create costings breakdown to issue alongside invoice
  • Enter data into an online portal for submission of claims for reimbursement
Previous experience in an administration role preferably within a finance department. Attention to detail, high level of accuracy and good communication skills are key!
