Senior tech services opportunity at this prestigious and respected corporate aviation business. The role deputises for the technical services manager when required. You will assist with the day to day management of the tech services team and resources, distributingproject workload appropriately across the team and ensuring all maintenance activities are planned in line with company procedure and aviation regulations.Key areas:* Assist the Technical Services Manager in overseeing the technical services staff, including scheduling, training, and evaluating performance.* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for aircraft and related systems.* Develop and maintain technical manuals and other documentation for aircraft and related systems.* Ensure that all necessary maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.* Monitor and maintain aircraft parts inventory and order necessary parts as needed.* Assist in the development of technical services policies and procedures.* Assist in the development of budgets and cost estimates for technical services projects.* Monitor and report on the progress of technical services projects.* Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all technical services needs are met.* Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.* Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.This is a permanent job.
