Job Description

Residential Conveyancing ManagerLeedsElite Search are currently working with a reputable law firm based in the Leeds area, who are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer/ Manager to join and head up their conveyancing department.My client’s aim is to grow the business and establish good contacts within the local area.Description of the role:

  • Manage own case load of, but not limited to residential sales/purchases/new builds/transfer of equity; and leasehold;
  • Be familiar with the Help to Buy Scheme;
  • Experience of using the Proclaim Conveyancing Case Management System would be an advantage;
  • Able to deal with all aspects of Commercial Property matters will be an advantage;
  • Running files from inception through to completion;
  • Manage all aspects of the client relationship for each allocated case;
  • Provide support and supervision to other colleagues within the team;
  • Required to get involved in the wider aspects of the firm including business development and marketing for their Department.
    • They are looking for someone to run the department as well as run their own case load of files. This will include the more technical matters.You will be able to support the other fee earners and assist them with their learning/development within the firm.Benefits Package and further information:
