Vanstar is Yorkshires largest independent van dealership and one of the biggest in the UK.We are currently in the process of expanding and require a dedicated payroll / hr manager to be responsible for the day to day management of our full payroll system, which will include commission calculations, spreadsheet management, sick-pay & staff holidayprocessing for around 30-40 employees.Candidates will have a comprehensive understanding / experience in working with the nest pension scheme and have full understanding of sage payroll, coupled with an expectation to learn our current office admin procedures to be able to provide job supportand back-up within our current systems.Any health and safety knowledge and implementation of basic employment contracts experience would also be highly beneficial.We have a small admin / accounts team of 3 people with a friendly and relaxed working atmosphere, so being able to work as part of team effectively is required.With excellent, proven, experience in similar roles youll be confident and proficient in managing Sage payroll and nest pensions, health and safety experience would be beneficial but not essential.Full time and long-term position working 4 days a week.
