Digital Marketing ManagerLeeds £28-£32k doe + benefits and excellent progression opportunities. Do you have an extensive digital marketing background and a strong understanding of building brands and driving commercial results from highly targeted campaignsDo you have a solid analytical background along with the experience assessing customer, market & advertising dataAre you motivated, flexible to changing priorities, a dynamic thinker and keen to deliver results.The successful candidate will be responsible for oversight of the company websites and trading brands with a focus on meeting digital sales targets and goals, working alongside Senior Management and MD. Main Responsibilities:• Research, strategise, plan and execute the launch of new campaigns and digital initiatives• Coordinate with team members in forecasting trends and plan accordingly• Oversight of websites and trading brands with a focus on meeting digital sales targets and goals• Management of day to day SEO, PPC, Email Marketing and other lead generation marketing campaigns• Oversee affiliate and partner relationships• Maximise performance from any follow up marketing, including email marketing• Manage web properties, ensuring highly engaging customer journeys and strong conversion ratesEssential skills/Experience• Proven digital marketing experience including campaign management with a keen eye for detail• Strong analytical and mathematical skills• Extensive knowledge of SEO, PPC, affiliate, social and display best practice• Proven experience with Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Google Adwords etc• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work appropriately and work independently• Excellent interpersonal skills• A creative eye and some graphic design skills desirableBenefits – working for a business thats already grown 30% in the last 12 months, down to earth supportive culture where success is recognised and rewarded, parking, kitchen facilities, enhanced pension and holiday entitlement and genuine opportunities to progress.
